Remote support allows our engineers to examine your computer remotely without the need for an engineer's visit or for you spending a long time on the telephone.

Select Remote Support and follow the instructions below;

  • Step 1: Select 'Run'.
  • Step 2: Select 'Run' again.
  • Step 3: Double click on the engineer, as instructed.

Existing Customers can also log in to review the progress of calls and activity on their account.
